I used to not really host people since I'm on a group hosting plan, but now that we have unlimited space and bandwidth, I'm willing to host a bit, though only shrines/collectives. Just email me if you're interested and we'll work something out.
#002: HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT "BORROWED CONTENT"?
I don't really mind if you look through myincredibly messy CSS and HTML coding if it helps you out. But if you totally rip off my style, it'll be fairly obvious because my designs are so spastic and ... well, me. I won't chase after you with a pitchfork, but I will probably be snickering about it where you can't see it and that's pretty embarrassing. So just don't. Design is all about your own personal touch, after all.
#003: WHY DO YOU KEEP MAKING SUCH OUTDATED SHRINES?
I honestly think that most of the best games or anime/manga series have already made & anything new is just an adaptation of something that's been done before. It's pretty difficult for me to get into new fandoms these days, so generally my interests are in things like Kare Kano, Final Fantasy VI ... you know, things that were made before most of the people on the internet today were born. In any case, if my small efforts get more people interested in the things I love, my work here is done.
#004: HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR LAYOUTS?
I start with an image, I open it up in Photoshop, bombard it with textures and crap typography, then slice, save, and code. I'm not very artistic so there isn't a real ... process to it, I just keep messing with things until I'm satisfied with how it looks.
#005: WILL YOU LINK MY SITE?
If you have a site of comparable quality & caliber to my own (as in no fanlisting collectives or things hosted on Freewebs), please feel free to email me about a link exchange. I'm currently not accepting affiliates or siblings or anything like that anymore.

If you have a LiveJournal, try inquiring at my own or following me on Twitter, otherwise probably not. I am notoriously bad at keeping up with instant messengers and whatnot, so if you're not on the same social networks as me, it might be hard to talk with me very often.
